The crew was absolutely wonderful. I’m embarrassed to admit this because he was SO great, but I can’t remember the crew leader’s name. He did introduce himself and shook my hand promptly when they arrived. He explained how the day would unfold and kept me updated throughout the day. They all worked so hard.
